The Lille initiative of excellence is developing actions with the aim of strengthening the site’s international visibility and attractiveness.
Various mechanisms are therefore put in place, such as the funding of international chairs, the hosting of international talents, the funding of joint thesis supervision, international research mobility, associated international laboratories, etc.
Particular attention is paid to cross-border collaborations through the 3i university network, involving the Universities of Lille, Kent (United Kingdom), Ghent and KU Leuven (Belgium).
